Shipping Policy
We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice. Currently we only offer package tracking for UPS deliveries on our site.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the time frame specified on each item's product page.
Most orders are shipped from New York. All shipping charges are based on the total of the order before any charges such as taxes and discounts are calculated. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We currently do not ship International, PO Boxes, or outside the Continental U.S. (not including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & Alaska).
The delivery date of your order is estimated. The actual delivery date may be delayed on occasion due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified when your merchandising is delayed.
Free Ground Shipping for all Jewelry purchases, excludes Hawai, Alaska, Puerto Rico and International.
Brazilian Décor offers three types of shipping:
Ground Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the date of your order.
2 Days Shipping: Delivery by the end of the second business day.
